Vegetable Gyoza from Trader Joe’s

This made for a super quick and delicious lunch, especially on a cold day! I just steamed some rice and vegetable gyoza from Trader Joe’s, cut up any vegetables I had in the fridge, and made a super simple dipping sauce to go with the gyoza (I didn’t have any pre-made sauce or I would have used that). The sauce turned out to be way too salty, which was easily fixed with adding water.
