This idea came from Freelee the Banana Girl. You just take your favorite kind of lettuce and put your baked potato wedges into them. Then dip your potato wrap into any kind of vegan sauce. I like the sweet chili sauce they sell at my local grocery store. For a really great homemade sweet chili sauce click here.
