Dining Out

IMG_1065IMG_1060

I went out to dinner for the first time since I started a vegan diet today (actually, now that I think about it, I have been out for sushi a couple of times as well). The staff at The Black Cyprus (the restaurant I went to in Pullman, WA) were very accommodating to my dietary needs. I had the most flavorful olives for an appetizer and a tofu dish for the main course. I have never been very big on tofu, but this was so delicious! It was coated in nutritional yeast and grilled to perfection. The sautéed vegetables on the side were absolutely amazing as well. Three cheers for restaurants with vegetarian/vegan options (and good ones for that matter)! Next time I think I will try the pasta!

    1. Ah man! That’s too bad! I feel like eating out is veeery tricky when you are vegan! Haha. And yeah, olives are sooooo delicious. I would eat them every day if they were healthier! And thanks for following me! I will check out your blog for sure! 😀
