This ice cream recipe is seriously so freaking delicious. You cannot tell that it is dairy free in the slightest! Anyone who likes regular ice cream will love this. Check it out at this link. I made four flavors: chocolate peanut butter, raspberry vanilla, plain vanilla bean, and coconut pineapple. I didn’t add sugar to the raspberries or pineapple. I think the tartness is a nice balance from the sweet creamy coconut base. Also, I used frozen raspberries and pineapple and heated them up in a pan. It turns out exactly the same as using fresh fruit. I just think its such a shame to use fresh berries/pineapple because I love to eat them so much!
