It was my sister’s birthday last week, and she has recently been trying out a vegan diet (EEP)! We went out to a sushi restaurant and got vegan sushi, and then got dessert from the Co-op. The Co-op is like vegan heaven for a person who lives in a small town with few vegan restaurants. The Co-op has so many different vegan foods to try, including COOKIES AND ICE CREAM. We got jam thumbprint cookies (not pictured because we gobbled them up so fast) and chocolate chip cookies and so many kinds of ice cream. Then we made them into ice cream sandwiches. The coconut bliss brand was sooo creamy (it has way more coconut cream in it than the other brand), but it was much pricier than the so delicious brand. I also made some fudge my sister had been wanting to try (it’s made of coconut oil, coconut sugar, cocoa, and vanilla), which was good but I used granulated sugar instead of the paste so the sugar and oil did not really blend well. She liked it though! Anyways, that day was not low fat… but what are birthdays for!? XD

I am from a little town in Idaho by the name of Moscow. I live in the Pacific Northwest, and I really do love it here. I am one of seven children. I have many nieces and nephews as you might suspect someone with six siblings would have, and I am in my twenties! What a time to be alive! View all posts by abigailgracegeorgia
