There are few places in Moscow I love more than the food co-op. It has so many different vegan friendly options, and today I got to have breakfast there with a friend. I got the most delicious vegan burrito made with beans, tofu, and sautéed veggies. It was spiced sooo well! It tasted a bit like curry. I added salsa and… I haven’t had a breakfast that good since I’ve been vegan! Their thumbprint cookies are also to die for! I couldn’t resist getting one to go with my breakfast… I love breakfast on the weekend!!
