I made pizza dough for the first time yesterday! It actually wasn’t nearly as hard as I thought it would be, especially because I used quick rising yeast. It definitely was not the best crust I’ve ever had, but it was okay for a first attempt. It was very airy, so it would almost dissolve in my mouth. I think next time I will let it rise multiple times and punch it down, to get more of the air out. I might use flour with more gluten as well. The toppings on this pizza were SOO good! I had some friends over and we sautéed the mushrooms, peppers, and onions before putting them on the pizza. I could have eaten the toppings plain. If you have never tried it, you need to!
