Even though it is winter, I have been obsessed with making smoothie bowls. They are just so pretty and so delicious. I generally top mine with shaved coconut, granola (I bought some but you can easily make it yourself too), pomegranate seeds, any type of berry/fruit I have on hand, and you can also add chia seeds, chocolate shavings or anything else you want! The following are just some ideas. They are meant to be adjusted to your tastebuds, so have fun!
Green Smoothie Bowl
1-2 large handfuls of spinach
1 1/2 frozen banana
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup orange juice (or more if needed)
Blend for 5 -7 minutes in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Top with your favorite toppings!
Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl
1 1/2 frozen banana
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
Water (as needed to blend)
Blend for 5 -7 minutes in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Top with your favorite toppings!
Tropical Smoothie Bowl (the last two pictures)

1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 – 1 cup orange juice
