I just wanted to give a quick thanks to everyone who checked out my blog over this last half a year. I have had an incredibly fun time trying out new recipes, learning about veganism, and just building up an online community. I hope everyone had a marvelous Christmas. I sure did – I just recently made some Christmas pepparkakors for New Year’s in memory of my swedish grandma (see above). If you’d like to check out my blog stats you can find them below. Also, I am studying abroad in Italy next semester, so my posts may be less frequent in 2016.
