As you might have guessed, vegan spicy mayo is super simple to make. I normally mix two tablespoons of original vegenaise with one to two teaspoons of sriracha (although I don’t actually measure it). I know this is a second sushi post, but I eat sushi a lot. I don’t think I’ll ever get sick of it because it’s so darn delicious. Gotta have the pickled ginger and wasabi though!
